Visto quanto deliberato dal CRUM (Comitato Regionale di Coordinamento delle Università Marchigiane) in data 8 febbraio 2021, fino al 5 marzo 2021, fatte salve eventuali ulteriori comunicazioni, gli esami di profitto si potranno svolgere esclusivamente a distanza o prevalentemente in presenza, secondo quanto ritenuto opportuno dal titolare dell'insegnamento in base alle caratteristiche dell'attività formativa. Ove l'esame si svolga prevalentemente in presenza va comunque lasciata allo studente la possibilità di svolgere l'esame a distanza a seguito di semplice comunicazione, indirizzata al docente, circa l'impossibilità di partecipare alla seduta in presenza. 

Le sedute di laurea si svolgeranno nella modalità prevalentemente in presenza, secondo quanto sopra descritto.

Le lezioni del secondo semestre riprenderanno, come previsto dal calendario didattico di Ateneo,  il 1 marzo in presenza, ove possibile, per tutti gli anni di corso di studio, con tracciamento delle presenze. Rimane garantita l'erogazione delle lezioni anche on line.

METHODS OF CONDUCTING TEACHING ACTIVITIES
Given the resolution of the CRUM ( Regional Committee for the Coordination of Universities in the Marche Region) of 8 February 2021, until 5 March 2021, subject to any further communications, the exams may be carried out applying one of the two methods:
1) Only remotely; 2) Mainly requiring physical presence (enabling the method requiring physical presence, but still guaranteeing the possibility of taking the remote exam for students who may be unable (justifiably) to be physically present at the exam). The method is to be chosen by the teacher, as deemed appropriate based on the characteristics of the teaching activity.
For the exams mainly requiring physical presence, the students must however be left with the possibility to take the exam remotely (online), following a simple communication, addressed to the teacher, about the impossibility to participate in the session requiring physical presence.
The graduation sessions will take place applying the method mainly requiring physical presence, as described above.All lessons envisaged for the second semester will resume, as foreseen by the Academic Calendar of the University, on 1 March 2021, requiring physical presence, where possible, for all the years of the study programme. The attendance of students will be tracked. All lessons will also be provided online.
